    Dear Sir,
    I had Carbonite installed on my computer a few months back.On Fridaynight,my computer crashed.
    When I re-booted,the computer came on but all my files were gone.Even my desk top was cleared off.
    i need some help with getting my info restored.
    Please keep in mind,I am in my 70's and i am not real computer literate.Is there a number I can call so someone can walk me through the process?
    Any help you can give me will be appreciated.
