Webcam Drivers for Sony Vaio VGN November 10, 2008

I had such a hard time finding, downloading and installing the drivers for a Sony Vaio VGN-CR Series laptop that comes preinstalled with Windows Vista. I wanted to run Windows XP Professional instead but the drivers are not available on Sony’s website since they don’t offer an XP downgrade and are encourageing the use of Vista. It is a pain to download the drivers from the manufacturers and some don’t even have them available. So if you’re looking for the drivers for your Vaio, you can try and download the ones I found on Sony’s Asia website. Don’t worry everything is in English. Hope it helps.
