Thank you to those of you that gave us a Yelp review in response to last month’s newsletter. To our other clients, thank you for continuing to spread the word about E-Geniuses. We want to provide you with the best service possible, which is why we offer maintenance plans, follow up service and appointment programs. We have these tools readily available to fit your needs. Our goal is to provide you with an experience which will be different from all others and second to none. Our reputation is built on relationships and the customer service we provide. E-Geniuses builds relationships through communication and trust. We provide our clients with honest service and this enables us to find a solution to their problem.

We would like to thank you for giving us the confidence to pursue more ideas on how to improve our service and the motivation to become better. It can be difficult at times to recreate ideas and critique methods that we’ve used in the past. However, thanks to the trust and loyalty we have with our clients, difficult decisions become easier to make. Even with the struggling economy, E-Geniuses will provide the same excellent service to our clients. We are very passionate about our service and we love to hear input on ways to improve. If I have not stressed enough already, thank you to all of you for making us a better company.
