Our Guiding Principles

Hello everyone, and happy belated Valentine’s Day.

E-Geniuses is becoming steadily more successful and we have no one to thank but you, our loyal E-Geniuses customers. We have rigorously put in much time and effort in continuing to upgrade our service. In one of our previous meetings, Joey and I discussed and implemented various core values and injected these ideas into our company. We have seen that these core values have had an immediate impact on the success of our business growth, and our character growth.

We use core values, such as, “Think ahead and be proactive,” to help fuel the advancement of our company so that we can provide better service. Those of you who have Monthly Maintenance Plans with us understand the peace of mind that goes with being proactive with your computer system.

Joey and I came together as a team to come up with our core values and principles and we realize that our clients are part of our team as well. We need you to help us in improving our service. We here at E-Geniuses believe in putting our customers first. In order for us to succeed, we understand that we have a responsibility to keep our customers satisfied. We invite all of our customers to give us any feedback so that we can help better our service. This goes along with our value: “Communicate constantly and form partnerships with people you admire.”

It may sound unorthodox, but we are picky about who we keep as clients as well. We prefer to deal with clients who hold similar values, because we believe that together we are all striving to achieve a larger goal. Our purpose as an organization is to help people stay self-informed, entertained and connected through the use of technology. We want to put our focus on others who share a similar vision.

Another core value we live by is: “Appreciate what you have and make the most of it.” One way that we apply this principle is by taking the utmost care of the clients we currently have. We believe that in doing so, business will continue to thrive while being driven in a positive direction.

We want to let you know that we appreciate you as a person, not just as a client. We strive to get to know each client on a personal level as well as a professional one. We guarantee that with your help, E-Geniuses can continue grow and hopefully become a model of how service companies should operate.
