E-Geniuses Computer Technician Position Description

The main duties of an E-Geniuses Technician are to travel to customers within a 20 mile radius of their area to perform on-site computer servicing such as repairs, upgrades, maintenance, virus removal, spyware removal and hardware installation. Technicians must have great customer service skills and respond promptly to service calls. Physical appearance must be acceptable according to business standards.

The most important qualities that an E-Geniuses Technician must have are self-motivation, in-depth knowledge, an interest in computers and technology, and a clear understanding of the customers' wants and needs. It is vital that Technicians foster customer relationships, suggest appropriate solutions and maintain ongoing relationships with clients.
