“I want to let everybody know how fantastic the E-Geniuses Technician was. He has helped me numerous times with my computer, when it has completely crashed, when there are icky thing on it (virus, etc) and has always been available if I have had a question about anything. In fact let me tell you how dedicated he is to helping his customers. He even came on Thanksgiving Day! I type medical reports at home and my computer died. I was freaking out, not knowing what I was going to do when a friend of mine mentioned he knew a good company that fixes computers. Well he called and the technician came over to my house on Thanksgiving Day and fixed my computer. Let me tell you, it was a lot of work on his part. He always has a smile on his face and takes the time to tell you (in words that we would understand) what is going on with our computer.
