Our 5 Core Values

Inspired by Tony Hsieh’s Delivering Happiness, Dave Logan’s book Tribal Leadership and our sister web development company, The House of Ruxspin, E-Geniuses has developed a set of core values. With this as our foundation, we’ve created a wonderful culture of fun, respect and hard work. We came up with lots of important values, but narrowed it down Our 5 Core Values.

1.  Always Take a Principled Stance
Integrity is how honest you are when no one is watching.

2.  Think Ahead and Be Proactive
Make things happen. Don’t wait for things to happen to you.

3.  Adapt to Your Environment & Adapt Your Environment to You
Be willing to change and innovate. Learn to make the things work the way you want it to.

4.  Appreciate What You Have and Make the Most of it.
Appreciate where you are now so you can get where you want to go in the future.

5.  Communicate Consistently & Form Partnerships with People You Admire
Surround yourself with people you respect. Community is key.
