YouTube is now offering a “high quality” version of its videos that are significantly better than “normal quality”. I’ve found that if you add &fmt=22 to the end of the address, it will show you the video in max quality which is about 720p. This hack does does cause the video to take a while to stream in some cases but it looks great.

*Keep in mind that the video has to be uploaded at 720p for it to show in 720p! It cannot make a video look better than the original.
