E-Geniuses, respects your privacy! Any and all information you provide will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned, or otherwise disclosed. E-Geniuses does not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease any personal information collected at our site, including membership lists or email lists.

E-Geniuses does not collect information about it's users. E-Geniuses website logs are not personally identifiable, and we make no attempt to link them with the individuals that actually browse the site.

Privacy of our email lists
E-Geniuses maintains a customer email list to keep customers informed about the site and our services. Customers may request to be removed from the customer update list. E-Geniuses does not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease the addresses on other list to anyone.

E-Geniuses offer remote access service to assist in diagnosing and resolving system issues. This process allows an E-Geniuses Technician to remotely access your computer to determine the problem and either repair it or provide advice on what options are available to fix the issue. By taking advantage of this service, you are giving permission to an E-Geniuses Technician to log into your computer which may contain personal information. An E-Geniuses Technician will only search your computer to determine the cause of the problem and will attempt to limit their interaction with your files to a minimum. It is your responsibility to ensure all of your files, especially those containing personal information, are secure to prevent any type of data loss or corruption.

Monthly Maintenance Plans and Personal Technician Plans
E-Geniuses provide monthly plans which ensure that your computer is up to date and virus and spyware free. In order to do these updates, we need to access your computer. By taking advantage of this service, you are giving permission to and E-Geniuses Technician to log into your computer during the times specified in the email notice for monthly maintenance. We will have the ability to connect to your computer when your computer is turned on, online and connected to our virtual private network. We will log into your computer ONLY when we have first requested permission via phone, e-mail or instant message. If an urgent update is necessary, but we cannot get an immediate response for permission, you are allowing an E-Geniuses Technician to log into your computer to perform the necessary updates, scans and software installations/uninstallations. You will be notified of any changes made to your system. By subscribing to monthly maintenance or personal technician plans, you are giving your consent to log into your computer to perform virus/spyware scans, registry scans, updates, software changes and ONLY what is required to maintain the speed, stability and security of your system.
