Monthly Maintenance Plan
This plan is recommended for home users who want the peace of mind that their computer hardware and software will be setup optimally. No more worrying about error messages and slow laptops caused by viruses and spyware. Proper maintenance can prevent costly computer repairs. We offer support for Windows XP, Vista and Mac OSX.
Our E-Geniuses Technicians can install updates, the newest anti-virus and anti-spyware programs, and check for possible future problems. We will then recommend fixes to these problems. All of this is done remotely without having to have a technician come to your home each month. We are responsible for making sure that you do not get viruses and spyware on your computer. If your computer does get infected, we will remove it at no cost to you.
Monthly Maintenance Clients get special treatment. We send a newsletter each month in order to keep clients up-to-date with the latest and greatest in technology. This also serves to inform when the maintenance dates will be. The client can also specify which day they want the maintenance done. Monthly Maintenance Clients also receive priority service over new clients. Did we mention that Maintenance Clients receive a 30% discount on most services!
